Marketing Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of Las Vegas Helldorado Days, the longest-running civic event in the history of the city. In 2009, the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge #1468 in conjunction with the city of Las Vegas, revived the cornerstone professional rodeo event, which had been missing from the celebration since 1999. It is through contributions from businesses like yours that the Elks were able to bring this exciting event back to Downtown Las Vegas, just blocks from where the original rodeo was held decades ago.

In addition to the professional rodeo, Helldorado Days features the Helldorado Night Parade, Carnival, Whiskerino Contest, Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament, Golf Tournament, and the city-wide Treasure Hunt featuring sponsors’ businesses as "clue stops." Helldorado Days is an affordable family event that caters primarily to Las Vegas locals. Not only is a Helldorado Days sponsorship a great way to promote your business to the exclusive Las Vegas market, your marketing dollars are being spent with an organization that contributes thousands of dollars annually to local charitable organizations.
