Helldorado Days Locals Challenge Rodeo - Opening Night May 17, 2012

Opening night is devoted to the heritage of rodeo showcasing the future of the sport. The goal is to incorporate the sport side and historical elements in a celebration and pageantry of rodeo.

EVENTS:
•    Barrel Racing
◦    Limited to 18 contestants
•    Team Roping
◦    Limited to 12 teams
•    Bull Riding
◦    Limited to 18 contestants
•    Mutton Bustin'
◦    Limited to 20 Mutton Busters the first night and six Mutton Busters each night of the PRCA rodeo.

•    $8 children 12 and younger
