Gates will open at 5 p.m. May 17-18 and May 20, and at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, for the carnival, displays, food vendors and exhibitors at the downtown rodeo grounds, located between Mesquite and Stewart avenues, from Las Vegas Boulevard to Seventh Street. General admission is $3 (not including ticket prices for rides) or free with purchase of a rodeo ticket.
